Classes for 2 years old to Adults

CHILDREN'S SUNDAY SCHOOL
Sunday mornings 9:30-10:30
Education Building Parsonage

Children learn about God's grace and the love of Jesus Christ for them.

Classes for 2 year olds to 6th grade learn from SPARK, a rotation online curriculum from Augsberg Fortress. Bible stories and Christian faith basics are taught in fun, interactive ways! SPARK helps children learn why faith is important in their lives!

Confirmation Classes

7th and 8th graders use hand written curriculum from Augsburg. Lessons include Power Point presentations, small group discussions, skits, and The Lutheran Handbook. Topics discussed will include The Apostle's Creed, The Ten Commandments, and The Old Testament.

High School Classes

High School classes meet in the room L07 at 9:30am.

We will be discussing news of the the day and finding God's light in situations we face today. There will be coffee and treats!

ADULT SUNDAY SCHOOL
9:30-10:30

People of Faith: You’ll learn about fascinating people and their relationships (the good, and the not-so-good!) with God! Hosted by Dr. Judy Stryker in room 6 on the lower level of the church.

PRISM: You’ll have opportunities to join the discussion on faith topics chosen by the group. Hosted by Mr. Richard Harshaw in the choir room (lower level of church – room 4).

Spirit Cafe: Sunday mornings 9:30 - 10:30 with Pastor Krais in the Welcome Center. Here's a place for adults to strengthen and stretch your faith, to learn how to put words to your faith, to discover how to enjoy and understand the bible.

Other Opportunities for Spiritual Growth

Holy Grounds: In-depth study of the Bible that explores the context,
historical meaning, current understandings and interpretations, and the "why" of scripture. Meets Thursday mornings at 9:30 am in the church parlor and open to anyone who wants to learn more through reading and discussion!

Small Groups: Adult groups who meet once a month on various days and times. A variety of Bible study topics. 8-10 people per group.
